Arte Bianca starts up new PanPiuma production line

Arte Bianca (Marghera, Venice), a leading Italian producer of sandwich bread, has expanded its facility with the installation of a new production line. This €9 million investment will raise production from 16 million to 40 million pcs/year (+140%) of the popular PanPiuma crustless sandwich bread.

The 50-year-old company has a turnover of €16 million and produces 45,000-50,000 kg of bread per day from 30,000 kg of flour. The expansion will create 30 new jobs in the near future and will enable the company to strengthen its presence in European markets, particularly in the organic segment.
