Codice Citra wines grow in Italy and abroad
Codice Citra, a leading wine producer located in Italy’s Abruzzo region, posted bottled wine sales of €35 million in 2017 (up 11% on 2016 and equivalent to 45% growth in the past 5 years).
The best results in Italy were achieved in the large-scale retail and Horeca channels (both +12%), but the company also performs strongly in international markets where it posted 11% year-on-year revenue growth in 2017.
Its biggest export markets are Europe (UK +40%, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium) and Asia (+15%).
