Danone doubles production capacity in New Zealand
With an investment of $18.3 million, Danone is set to double the production capacity of its Airport Oaks infant formula production plant in Auckland, New Zealand.
The project is part of the group’s New Zealand development programme that began in 2014 with the purchase of a spray dryer and a blending, packing and canning plant and since then has seen investments of $62.1 million.
The increase in capacity will enable the group to boost its exports to Australia and China.
