Flow Water Inc.: mineral water in Tetra Pak cartons

The new Flow Water Inc. plant north of Toronto (with 2,000 squ.m. of production area) has opened its doors and started bottling the alkaline water from its extremely pure artesian well.

The difference from other premium waters currently on sale is the fact that it will be sold in innovative packaging using the Tetra Pak^® A3/Flex filling technology. These are cartons similar to those used for fruit juices, which are both completely recyclable and made with 70% renewable materials.

One of the standout features of the new packaging is the "DreamCap™", an innovative cap designed for controlled flow, made in sugar cane plastic - in line with the Canadian client's environmental mission.

The new plant is able to fill two cartons a second, for a total of around 120,000 units a day.
