Granarolo completes second acquisition in Brazil with Allfood
Granarolo has completed its second acquisition in Brazil in the space of two years following the 2015 takeover of Yema, a company specialising in the production and sale of dairy products.
The food giant recently acquired a 60% shareholding in Allfood, a leading importer and distributor of typically European products.
The São Paulo-based company has a 2,000 square metre logistics centre and a facility with two production lines for cold cuts and cheeses. It boasts a portfolio of around 200 products, 48% of which are Italian.
