Green Box sells 100% of its shares to Frigel
Frigel Firenze, a world leader in the field of industrial cooling systems, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Padova-based company Green Box specialising in industrial chillers and temperature control equipment.
The operation is valued at €15 million and will create a group with revenues of €73 million.
Frigel, which has factories and sales offices in the USA, Germany, Brazil, India and Thailand, posted revenues of almost €60 million in 2017, while Green Box reported sales of almost €15 million.
