Hausbrandt expresses interest in acquiring Melegatti
Hausbrandt Trieste 1892, the Treviso coffee company, has announced its intention to acquire Melegatti, the historic confectionery company currently in composition with its creditors.
Haubrandt is aiming to start up production again as soon as possible, thus creating a large “made in Veneto” group.
The Treviso company is working with its long-established advisers to reach a prompt solution of the crisis, in line with the requirements of the Verona Court.
