Illycaffè reports growth in all economic indicators
Illycaffé posted very positive economic results in 2017, including consolidated revenue of €467 million (+1.4%), EBITDA of €68 million (+4.2%) and net profits of €15.4 million (+1%).
Exports performed strongly (65% of revenues), particularly in the Americas and in China where sales rose by 16%, as did online turnover with 14% growth.
The Trieste-based group employs a workforce of 1,290 people and has a total of 244 company-owned and franchise stores (167 illy Caffè and 77 illy Shop).
