Inalca expands in Poland with the acquisition of Mille Sapori Plus

Inalca  (Cremonini group) has set its sights on the Polish market, one of the most dynamic in Europe in terms of its demand for Italian culinary excellence. Through the company Inalca Food&Beverage (IF&B), it has acquired a 60% stake in Mille Sapori Plus (Warsaw), one of the leading Polish distributors of Italian food which currently sells around 1,300 Italian food products.

The company’s interest in the Polish market is also demonstrated by the brand-new slaughtering, boning and beef production plant currently under construction in Socochin,  about 70 km north of Warsaw.
