Indian company Jindal Poly Films acquires Apeldoorn Flexible Packaging

JPF Netherlands, a subsidiary of Jindal Poly Films (New Delhi), has made an offer of 82.3 million euro to acquire Apeldoorn Flexible Packaging Holding, the Dutch manufacturer of extensible industrial packaging film (food packaging, load transport and palletisation), which registered a 2016 turnover of 111 million euro.

Jindal Poly Films, a global company with seven plants producing BOPP and BOPET film in India, Europe and the United States, aims to conclude the operation by the end of September 2017, following review by the anti-trust authority.
