Merger in beer sector as TMCI Padovan acquires Impiantinox

In yet another acquisition in the Italian brewery equipment industry, TMCI Padovan, a company based in Vittorio Veneto (TV) specialising in brewery plant and equipment (Velo brand), has gained a majority stake in the Vicenza-based firm Impiantinox, owner of the EasyBräu brand.

The transaction, which is expected to be closed in September, is part of TMCI Padovan’s strategic growth plans aimed at establishing a leadership position in the Italian craft beer production systems sector.

The aim is now to strengthen both companies’ growth in terms of size and quality with a view to expansion in international markets.
