Partnership announced between Arol and Tirelli

Arol, one of the world’s leading producers of closure and capping systems, signed an important partnership agreement with the company Tirelli of Porto Mantovano on 27 April 2018. Tirelli specialises in fillers, cappers and labellers, largely for the cosmetics sector.

The agreement marks the latest step in the group’s growth strategy following the acquisition of the companies FT System, Lpro and Unimac-Gherri.

The result is an industrial group with around 31,400 installed machines worldwide and more than 750 specialists working at 5 Italian production plants and 14 operational branches across 4 continents.

The partnership with Arol will enable Tirelli to rapidly expand its global commercial and after-sales presence, increase its production capacity and pursue digital development of systems ready for integration into latest-generation smart factories.
