P.E. Labellers passes into American hands

Pro Mach, the US supplier of integrated packaging solutions, has acquired Mantua company P.E. Labellers, one of the major global manufacturers of high speed rotary and linear labelling machines, with a history of more than 40 years in the marketplace.

The acquisition of the Italian company (which has 14 subsidiaries in 5 continents) will enable the American group to consolidate its integrated offer of machines and solutions in both packaging and product processes.

The Mantua company's more than 400 employees, distributed among its ten plants worldwide, will continue to be managed by Bruno Negri, the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of P.E. Labellers, together with vice-president Nicola Schinelli.

Pro Mach, with a turnover of 500 mn USD and a portfolio of more than 30 brands, has head offices in Cincinnati, Ohio, with production plant and offices all over the world (United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, UAE and China).
