Russian group BioniQ invests in frozen and freeze-dried food production
BioniQ, a Russian group specialising in the supply of raw materials for the food sector, plans to invest €7 million in the construction of a new factory in the Moglino special economic zone in the Pskov region.
The facility will be used for processing frozen and freeze-dried berries, fruit and mushrooms and will produce around 60,000 tonnes of produce per year. The project will begin in 2017 and will be completed by 2022.
