Sysco Corporation posts sales of $59 million in fiscal 2018
Sysco Corporation, a US group specialising in foodservice, has announced the financial results for the 2018 fiscal year ended 30 June.
The Texas-based group’s sales increased by 6.1% to almost $59 billion, while operating income rose by 13.4% to $2.3 billion and net earnings totalled $1.4 billion, up 25.2% on the previous year.
Fourth quarter sales increased by 6.2% ($15.3 billion) and EBITDA rose by 5.7% to $2.9 billion.
