Veggie Noodle opens new facility in Texas

Veggie Noodle Co., a food company based in Austin, Texas, has completed construction of a new 4,000 square metre facility with five times the production capacity of the current operation.

The new high-efficiency facility is scheduled to begin operation in October with 250 employees and will meet the growing demand for fresh, organic and allergen-free meals.

Veggie Noodle has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2015, largely thanks to its use of high-quality organic ingredients. It supplies its products to more than 2,000 stores in 35 states including well-known retailers such as Whole Foods, Kroger, Target and Sprouts.
