The Italian packaging industry goes to Mexico
A Punto Italia stand organised by the Italian Trade Agency ICE with the support of Ucima will host 8 Italian companies at the most important Mexican event in the sector.
Expo Pack Mexico, the leading packaging technology exhibition in Mexico, will be held in Mexico City from 16 to 19 June.
The 2014 edition of the event hosted around 1,000 exhibitors in a total floor space of about 18,000 sq.m and was attended by more than 25,000 visitors.
Italy will be represented by a Punto Italia stand organised by the Italian Trade Agency ICE in collaboration with Ucima, which will provide support for Italian companies taking part in the show and information for visitors.
The Punto Italia stand will host 8 Italian exhibitor companies: Imeta, Officine Bocedi srl, Cyklop srl, Reda, ICF & Welko spa, Ilpra, Ghezzi & Annoni.
In 2014 Mexico was the twelfth largest market for Italian packaging technologies with sales of 103 million euros, 2.2% up on the previous year.
